    This agency has been calling me non-stop, sometimes multiple times a day, including early morning and late evening. They’ve threatened lawsuits and wage garnishment if I don’t pay immediately. I’m stressed out and not even sure the debt is fully correct because I never got anything in writing from them.

    Has anyone dealt with them before? What actually works to get them to back off or verify the debt? I’m thinking of sending a formal debt validation letter but worried it might make things worse. Any advice is appreciated.
