    Richard Mille launches the brand’s first women’s sports watch – the new RM 07-04 Automatic Sports Watch.

    This eye-catching watch is available in six colorful models and uses unique materials that define its technical and refined appearance.

    The case dimensions are 30.50 mm wide, 44.95 mm long, and 10.35 mm thick. The RM 07-04 black version is made of carbon TPT, while the other five watches are made of quartz TPT and are available in milky white, salmon pink, dark blue, lavender or green.

    Its surface is like Damascus, with completely unique stripes because they are composed of multiple layers of parallel filaments obtained by splitting carbon fiber or silica threads.

    TPT quartz fiber is commonly used in very high performance applications because of its high temperature resistance, stiffness, and electromagnetic wave transparency. The fibers are arranged in layers no thicker than 45 microns and impregnated in a resin developed specifically for Richard Mille. The layers are then stacked using an automated positioning system that changes the fiber orientation by 45° between each layer. After being heated to 120°C and subjected to a pressure of 6 bar, they are machined on CNC machines at Richard Mille’s manufacturing facilities. TPT Carbon is made using the same process but is made from carbon fiber yarn.
